Each of our rooms comes standard with 2 Queen size beds, a half sized stainless steel fridge, Cable TV, DVD & VHS player, Free Wi-Fi, Free continental breakfast, AC & Heat, a Private balcony & full bathroom. The hotel is located on the water, with 200 feet of private sandy beach, as well as docks, slips & moorings.

Explanation of Rates.
Rates are date and room type specific, and are based on double occupancy. In addition to the rates shown, we have a 2 night minimum on ALL weekends, with a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends and events such as Camp Weekends, Race Events, and others. Certain dates such as Bike Week, and 4th of July require a 4 night minimum. Rates for holiday weekends, and special events are $40.00 higher than posted rates. Midweek rates vary, as we may offer additional midweek discounts. Please call for exact rates, as all rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations Policy
All rates are subject to 9% NH room Tax. A credit card is required to make reservations, and a deposit of 30% of the total is required at time of reserving.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days prior to check in. Deposits will be refunded with 14 or more days advance notice of cancellation. Within the 14 days prior to check-in, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total will be charged.
The registered guest must be over the age of 21.
